About Coke
Metallurgical Coke (Met Coke) is an essential fuel and reducing agent used in iron and steel manufacturing. It is produced by the destructive distillation of premium bituminous coal at temperatures above 1000°C in an oxygen-free environment, a process known as carbonization. This removes volatile matter and moisture while producing coke oven gas and a high-carbon coke containing approximately 85–86% fixed carbon.
Through long-term supplier partnerships and diversified sourcing, the group ensures operational reliability while minimizing pricing and availability risks.
High Fixed Carbon
Contains up to 86% fixed carbon for efficient reduction and superior furnace performance.
Low Ash & Sulphur
Low ash and moisture content improve combustion efficiency and reduce operational losses.
Manufacturing Excellence
High-quality production ensuring consistent performance across industrial applications.
Premium Raw Material
Produced from carefully selected bituminous coal to ensure superior quality and consistent performance.
Carbonization Process
Manufactured at temperatures above 1000°C in an oxygen-free environment to achieve high fixed carbon content.
High Thermal Efficiency
Delivers excellent heat generation and efficient reduction of iron ore in blast furnace operations.
Industrial Applications
Widely used in steel plants, foundries, ferro alloy production and various chemical manufacturing industries.
