Hindupur, Andhra Pradesh

Located in the Southern district of Andhra Pradesh named Anantapur, the border area of Karnataka, the plant has a steel melting shop, LRF (Ladle Refining Furnace) and a Re-rolling mill. With a capacity of 75,000 metric tonnes MS Billet per year and 75,000 metric tonnes TMT Bar, it manufactures MS Billets, Structural Steel and TMT Bars.

Based on indicative industry emission factors and a 250+ MW renewable portfolio, Aone's green energy transition may support avoidance of approximately 4.7 lakh tonnes of CO₂ annually. This is broadly equivalent to the annual carbon absorption potential of nearly 2.1 crore trees. With more than 95% of its energy requirements met through renewable and recovered energy sources.
